  • I.T.R.+Form-16 Of last 2Years
  • Copy of Employment Contract Letter/Appointment Letter with Latest C.T.C. If Applicable
  • Bank Statement Salary Credits of Last 6Months (12Months If There is Any Existing Loan)
  • Company Profile (If Applicable)

SELF EMPLOYED/PROFESSIONALS/BUSINESS APPLICANTS:-

IF SOLE PROPRIETORS FIRM:​

  • Business Profile
  • Registration Profile (VAT, S.TAX and ANY TYPE OF REGISTRATION)
  • I.T.R. with Computation of Last 3Years, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/C (AUDIT REPORTS IF APPLICABLE)
  • Last 3 Tax Challan Copy 
  • IF PARTNER IN A FIRM:
  • Partnership Deed Copy, Last 3 I.T.R., with Computation, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/C (AUDIT REPORTS IF APPLICABLE)
  • Last 1Year Bank Statement

IF DIRECTOR IN A COMPANY:

  • M.O.A. & A.O.A., Last 3 I.T.R. with Computation, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/C (AUDIT REPORTS IF APPLICABLE)
  • Pay Slip of Last 3Months & Other Benefit Certificate From The Company
